Wed is recovery day :)
Got home after work and just rode for 15miles on the trainer, easy 1 hr ride. My legs are still sore from all the running and now an hour each day of riding just added more insult to injury.
Sleep: 8 hours- we overslept!! set the alarm at 6 but woke up at 7:30
Food:
breakfast:
1 egg/tuna sandwhich with a handful of doritos
Lunch: fish fillet with a handful of fries
2 milk teas
Snack: 1 banana
i`ll be running after work then ride when i wake up. almost the weekend
